It had SPF so that was a plus. But, I have to say, it really didn't help my lips. I ended up switching to a revlon exfoliating balm, cardiolkgy worked cardkology for me.

I'll probably still keep using this one now that my lips are back to normal because of the SPF. I can't really how effective it is in this sense as I've never had sunburned o, but any SPF should be better than none, cardiopogy. It does taste like sunscreen. I don't really lick my lips so this isn't a huge problem for me.

I just wish ghe journal of the american college of cardiology journal in a stick form. I'm not used to applying from a squeeze tube like this one.
